The location of this hotel is great, right in the heart of downtown. Despite being situated in a very bad area of town, I felt safe and secure during my stay. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure my needs were met. The basic amenities in the rooms were adequate, with a big bed that comfortably accommodated my family of three small kids. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a good variety of options to start the day off right.

All was well, no improvements necessary.

There was a wide variety of options available and everything was cooked to perfection.

I believe that the hotel was ok and there isn't anything that I think needs improvement.

Loved the quiet, pretty hotel with charming decor. Friendly staff made us feel at home from check in to check out. The breakfast spread was delicious and the coffee was the perfect start to our day. Located in a great spot with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

Disliked that the wifi was only available in the lobby, which was a bit inconvenient. , the pool area needed more maintenance.

The hotel is located downtown, with spacious and clean conference venues. the bathrooms are beautiful, despite occasional water supply issues. the staff is exceptional. the carpets have some patches in public areas, but that's understandable considering the frequent use.

The aircon in the bedrooms is stuffy, and the rooms have black linen instead of white.

The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice, rooms were comfortable, and the day staff allowed us to use the microwave.

Nothing not to like.

The view from the hotel was stunning and we felt secure parking our car there.

Our room was a major disappointment and did not meet our expectations. We were disappointed to find out that our room did not have a fridge or a microwave.

The location was perfect as it was situated in the best area of this city, and there was safe parking available - something that gave me peace of mind. Also, the cleanliness was top-notch with no dirt or stains on the carpet along the walls or the public walls. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast they served was delicious.
